What you can expect

  • Learn how to make traditional Uruguayan alfajores! I invite you to a wonderful experience in Montevideo, where you'll not only learn how to make delicious alfajores, but also taste the best dulce de leche and some great mate!
    The class lasts 2 hours, and we'll make Maicena alfajores, classic semisweet chocolate and white chocolate alfajores, and alfajores with jam and Pinitos.
    You'll take home the recipes and a box of alfajores to enjoy with whoever you like. It will be an experience where you'll learn and we'll have a lot of fun! I look forward to seeing you!
