Know before you book

  • Children aged 6 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times due to terrain and walks involved. Not suitable for infants or children aged 5 and under.
  • Limited storage space on our vehicle, baggage kept to 1 x 5-7kg day bag per person. We are not able to accommodate travellers' suitcases on day trips, please store at your hotel whilst on tour.
  • Due to terrain, tour is not suitable for wheelchairs, strollers, walkers and those with mobility impairments
  • A moderate level of fitness is required. This tour is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers.

What you can expect

Just over an hours drive from the city we'll take you to Litchfield National Park, one of our favourite places! Covered by thick pockets of tropical rainforest, Litchfield National Park is an oasis to explore, cool down and relax.

Next we visit the traditional lands of the Limilngan-Wulna people at Fogg Dam Conservation Centre. Here is one of the most amazing places to see diverse wildlife such as different species of birds, turtles, water pythons and of course the iconic Saltwater Crocodile. Alternatively, there is an option to do a Jumping Crocodile Cruise along the Adelaide River (option at additional expense).

We’ll visit some incredible monolithic Magnetic Termite Mounds and then have an opportunity to cool off in one of Litchfields beautiful natural plunge pools like Buley Rockhole or Wangi Falls.

Visit a thundering waterfall like Florence Falls or Tolmer Falls. Fully relaxed and rejuvenated after a day in the stunning tropical national park we make our way back to Darwin.
