Experience a half-day of “introductory” canyoning at the Costeplane waterfalls in Lauzet-Ubaye: a fun and progressive descent, ideal for friends or family. On the programme: rappelling, natural slides, and jumps into clear water, all supervised by a state-certified professional, with learning focused on autonomy and active participation.

At the fixed meeting point with the instructor, you will receive your equipment (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness) divided into small bags. A walk of about 15 minutes will take you to the start of the canyon. There, you will put on your equipment and receive a safety briefing before starting the descent.

The descent begins gently with small drops, then gradually increases in intensity until you reach the large waterfalls of 12 and 17 metres, which you abseil down with the help of the instructor. The route continues in a beautiful canyon, marked by numerous resurgences, until the final basin for the last slides and jumps (always optional). After about 2 hours in the canyon, return to the car park to collect the equipment and share the excitement of the adventure together.
