Visit a traditional Japanese townhouse, known as a machiya, and partake in a tea ceremony while dressed in traditional attire in Kyoto.

First, upon your arrival, an authentic silk kimono will be promptly fitted for you. We will then take many photos of you and your loved ones with our gorgeous machiya as a background.

We will also be guided through Tondaya, a 140-year-old machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse) designated as a culturally significant landmark by the Kyoto City Government. Tondaya is a treasure trove of historically valuable artefacts and stories, and our knowledgeable staff look forward to sharing its rich history with you.
