Begin your day trip to Jinja with a stop at Ssezibwa Falls. Snap some photos and soak in the natural beauty. Then, grab a tasty roadside snack at Najjembe, choosing from options like chapati, beef sticks, Rolex, chicken, and plantain.

Next, cross the iconic Nile Bridge and take in the view of Lake Victoria, Africa's largest lake. Head to Jinja Main Market for some local shopping and street food, where you’ll find everything from fresh fruit to handmade crafts.

Visit the source of the Nile and take a boat cruise from Lake Victoria watching various bird species. Finish with a buffet-style lunch, sampling local Ugandan dishes like banana, sweet potatoes, cassava, yams, beans, and fish from Lake Victoria.
