The route lasts around 5 to 6 hours on average and usually follows this sequence:

1. Árvore da Preguiça: A quick photo stop in the National Park. What it is: A tree (mangrove) that grew “lying down” due to the force of the region's constant winds. It is a symbol of the resilience of the local nature.
2. Preá Beach: A stop for those who want to take a swim in the sea
3. Buraco Azul (Caiçara): A stop that has gone viral in recent years. A lagoon of intense turquoise water that emerged after excavations to remove clay (the colour is due to the minerals in the soil and the reflection of the sun).
   Activities: Trampoline jumps and amazing photos.
4. Lagoa Azul: Here the scenery starts to look like paradise. What to expect: Crystal-clear, rustic waters. Access is usually by a small ferry or on foot, depending on the water level. Vibe: It is more rustic and less structured than Paradise Lagoon, excellent for those seeking more direct contact with nature
5. Paradise Lagoon: This is the highlight of the tour and where you spend most of your time. What to expect: This is where the famous beach clubs are located, such as The Alchymist and Carauba Beach. The lagoon has gradient shades of blue and green and the famous colourful hammocks stretched out in the water.
   Facilities: Excellent food, bathrooms, showers, and resting areas.
