Under the BEAMS sign at Shin-Marunouchi Building, in front of JR Tokyo Station

Look for the yellow “GOGODAY” flag. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

08:30｜Meeting Point 2
In front of Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Shinjuku West Exit
Address: 1 Chome-7-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0023, Japan

10:30｜Hakone Shrine & Lake Ashi
Free time (approx. 60 min) to explore the shrine, sea torii, and views of Mt. Fuji.

11:30｜Hakone Pirate Ship Cruise
One-way cruise from Moto-Hakone Port to Togendai Port (about 30 min).
Fee: JPY 1,200 per person, payable on-site.
Guests not taking the cruise will transfer by vehicle.

12:10｜Hakone Ropeway
Ride from Togendai Station to Owakudani (approx. 30 min, fee included).
Note: Closed for maintenance Feb 3–21, 2025. During this period, only the section Sounzan–Owakudani operates.

12:40｜Owakudani
Approx. 50 min free time to explore the volcanic valley. Walk 15 min from Nature Research Trail entrance to Tamago Tea House to try the famous black eggs.

14:40｜Lake Yamanaka (Shiratorihama)
Approx. 20 min stop for photos with swans and Mt. Fuji backdrop.

15:20｜Oshino Hakkai
Approx. 40 min free time to enjoy the tranquil ponds and mountain views.

  • Minors under 18 must travel with an adult. Pregnant women and those with health conditions are not recommended.
  • Service available only in Chinese and Japanese.
  • One piece of luggage per person allowed with prior notice; extra items 2,000 Yen each. Excess luggage may result in refusal of service.
