Itinerary
08:00 – Meet under the BEAMS sign at the Shin-Marunouchi Building in front of JR Tokyo Station. Address: 1 Chome-5-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-6590. Look for the GOGODAY small yellow flag.
08:30 – Alternative meeting point: In front of Sumitomo Mitsui Bank at Shinjuku West Exit. Address: 1 Chome-7-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0023.
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
10:30 – Visit Hakone Shrine and Lake Ashi with views of the sea torii and Mount Fuji. Free time: approx. 80 minutes.
12:10 – Optional one-way cruise on the Hakone Pirate Ship from Moto-Hakone Port to Togendai Port. Fee: JPY 1,200 (pay on-site). Duration: approx. 25 minutes. Non-cruise guests transfer by vehicle.
12:40 – Ride the Hakone Ropeway from Togendai to Owakudani to see the volcanic valley and Lake Ashi. Duration: approx. 30 minutes. Fee included. Note: Ropeway partially closed Feb 3–21, 2025.
13:10 – Free time at Owakudani. Walk 15 minutes to Tamago Tea House to try black eggs said to add seven years to your life. Free time: approx. 50 minutes.
15:00 – Stop at Shiratorihama, Lake Yamanaka for 20 minutes to photograph swans and Mount Fuji.
15:40 – Visit Oshino Hakkai for approx. 40 minutes and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery.
16:20 – Depart for Tokyo.
18:20 – Arrive at the original departure point. Tour ends.
