Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting with a welcome sign, ready to guide you through the priority immigration lane. For those who prefer extra comfort, our Luggage & Escort add-on ensures full assistance through baggage claim and all the way to your vehicle.

You are visiting Vietnam for the first time or travelling on a tight schedule, this service ensures a smoother, more relaxed airport experience.

Guests going through the fast track lines are not required to complete pre-arrival immigration form. Rest assured!

❗At Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), our staff does not carry a personalised name sign.

• For Standard Fast Track, look for a WHITE signboard with GREEN TEXT reading “YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE”.
• For VIP Fast Track, look for a GREEN signboard with WHITE TEXT reading “VIETNAM IS READY FOR YOU”.

❗Our guide is not allowed inside the Fast Track area, and can only stand outside to direct you.

• For VIP Fast Track, head to lane 3.
• For Standard Fast Track, head to lanes 4, 5, or 6. Note: this area has no queue-dividing ropes, so just stand in one of the correct lanes to use the service.

❗If your information is submitted only after you have landed, registering your name for the Fast Track service will require urgent, last-minute processing, and an additional fee will apply to cover this expedited arrangement. To avoid extra charges, please make sure to send your details in advance of arrival.

❗Wait times on the Standard/VIP Fast Track lane may vary depending on airport traffic, peak hours, and the number of travellers using the service at the same time. This is subject to airport and immigration conditions beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, the waiting time may be similar to the standard queue, and this is considered normal and expected.

❗Flights arriving between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM typically experience low airport traffic and shorter immigration queues. During these hours, the time-saving advantage of Fast-Track may be less significant than during peak periods.
