During the hike, we’ll see various types of dry-stone walls, some older than others, each with its own unique features.
The trulli and the view of the Itria Valley will add to the charm of this nature walk.
At the end of the loop trail, you’ll get a hands-on lesson in building a dry-stone wall using the original, heavy tools of the master wall-builder—tools that have remained unchanged for centuries.
At the end of the walk, you can rest in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree overlooking the Itria Valley and enjoy a simple snack of homemade bread, baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with local specialities.
A glass of our own wine will be served.
