What you can expect

Come in and relax, get acquainted with your classmates and begin your New Orleans fantasy cooking experience. Enjoy creating your Cajun and Creole menu when you don your aprons and begin learning new recipes, cooking great dishes and then enjoy the fruits of your labour. Each student is taught professional techniques, the secrets of seasonings and the preparation of selected recipes while learning the history of Louisiana's world-famous cuisine.

New Orleans is known for its Gumbo, Etouffee and Bananas Foster. Learn the history behind these dishes, laugh at the Chef's stories, learn chef secrets, and the history of New Orleans food. Indulge in these historic staple dishes:
