The Ionian coast is characterised by lower cliffs and stretches of sand, red soil and vineyards, interrupted by sixteenth-century towers and equipped beaches. The first stop is Porto Cesareo, a fishing village with white beaches and small islands. Tour continues to the Portoselvaggio Nature Park, with the Grotta del Capelvenere and the Grotta di Uluzzo, while the waters of the Uluzzo Bay are crystal clear, with prehistoric archives in the caves of Cavallo and Uluzzo and Quattro Colonne.
