Then comes the most fun part: the Palate Challenge. Challenge your taste and smell with a guided tasting of 3 oils, comparing different qualities and origins. You will learn to recognise strengths and weaknesses, to read the aromas (fruity, herbaceous notes, almond, artichoke), and to understand what to look for when you want to buy an authentic extra-virgin olive oil.
