Begin with a hotel pickup in the south of Gran Canaria about 90 minutes before sunset. Travel by small 9-seater minibus through scenic volcanic landscapes and stop at Mirador del Mulato viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views of the valleys and take photographs.
After sunset, move to a carefully selected dark-sky location, often near natural landmarks like Presa de las Niñas, where professional guides lead a stargazing session. We adapt the observing location to the weather conditions (mainly wind and cloud cover) and sometimes also to special requests from our guests.
Using large 16-inch telescopes, observe planets, the Moon, galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters while learning about constellations and astronomy. The tour is designed for small groups, and a 16-inch telescope is provided for every 8 guests, ensuring enough observation time for each participant. No previous knowledge is needed.
