A snack is provided during the excursion, including fresh fruit pieces, a selection of nuts and almonds, and a 1-litre bottle of water.

Each of the routes selected by the guide will have the following characteristics:
Distance: 7 - 10km
↑ 300m - 500m ascent ↓300m - 500m descent
