Important!

Please wait at the pick up location indicated 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour.

In addition, it must be taken into account that in the city of Gdansk there are places and streets that have restricted access, even when you are within the radius of the pickup area. If the address you provide for the pick up is in the restricted area, your guide will contact you to determine a new pick-up point close to you.

• Please note that we do not offer pick up service at the ports.

• Dear Guests, please be informed that the tour may occasionally experience a slight delay, as we too are participants in road traffic and cannot foresee all potential disruptions caused by road or other factors beyond our organisation's control.

• Please note that each year, from 1st July to August 25th, there are some restrictions due to the Saint Dominic's Fair, and the itinerary will undergo some changes. However, the tours will maintain their normal schedules and lengths, always maintaining the high standard.

• Please provide an active phone number where we can reach you directly if needed. Please make sure to include the correct full number, including your country code, as this is very important.
