Adventure continues into the Hajar Mountains, where our riding and trekking experiences introduce guests to mountain trails, farms, heritage areas and archaeological surroundings. We believe the best way to discover this region is slowly, naturally and with a connection to the land and the people who live here.
Ride between local farms, discover what is growing in season and taste locally produced foods. Depending on the season, this may include dates, purple figs, bananas, mangos, fresh hibiscus drinks and traditional Emirati treats such as luqaimat. It is an opportunity to meet local people and experience the culture through the food grown and prepared here.
Animal lovers can discover our peaceful animal sanctuary, home to more than 200 animals living freely together. Guests can meet, observe and hand-feed animals while learning how to approach and interact with them respectfully. Our animal encounters are particularly special for visitors who want an experience that goes beyond traditional sightseeing.
After your adventure, relax at our on-site speciality coffee shop, where speciality coffee, signature drinks, shakes, desserts and gourmet food complement the experience.
Safety and animal welfare are central to everything we do. Our activities are professionally guided and supervised, appropriate safety equipment is used, and we have an Emergency First Responder on staff. Horses and riding activities are selected according to each guest’s experience and confidence level.
