- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Guests can remain seated inside the vehicle to clear immigration at the Malaysia drive-thru border (fully accompanied by your driver)
- Guests who booked the "Malacca side trip" option will be provided an extra UNESCO Melaka highlights tour (Dutch Square, A Famosa Fort, St. Paul's Hill & Church, Middelburg Bastion, UNESCO Wall Art, St. Francis Xavier Church, Jonker Street, 15-minute Trishaw Ride)
- Guests who wish to upgrade their KL Tower observation deck tickets to Petronas Twin Towers skybridge, please upgrade* using the link on the booking confirmation voucher (recommended: at least 3 days before departure)
- Guests who wish to see the night view of the Petronas Twin Towers, please expect to leave Kuala Lumpur after sunset at 7:45pm and arrive in Singapore at 11:45pm onwards (subject to actual traffic conditions)
- Guests who require halal/vegetarian* food, please indicate at time of booking (note: vegetarian food prepared in Malaysian style only; vegan/keto/diabetic/gluten-free food is regretfully not available)
- Guests who require infant/booster seats, please indicate child's weight at time of booking
- Guests from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Colombia, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, North/East/West/Central Africa, Pakistan, Serbia, Montenegro, Sri Lanka: Please seek prior travel authorisation (e-visa etc) from your nearest Malaysian embassy
- A current valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) is required on the day of travel to visit Malaysia
- Any alcohol/tobacco brought/bought during this tour must be fully consumed before re-entering Singapore
- In the occasional event that the sky dining revolving restaurant is closed (ie: preventive maintenance, unforeseen events etc), guests will be notified in advance and a hotel lunch buffet will be offered as a replacement
