Day 1: Arrival and Travel to Mount Bromo

Begin your adventure with a pickup from Malang. Enjoy a scenic drive to the Mount Bromo area, passing through picturesque landscapes. Check in at your hotel in Cemoro Lawang village and rest, acclimatising to the cooler mountain temperatures.

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise and Drive to Ijen

Wake up early and meet your 4x4 Jeep driver to head to a viewpoint, such as Penanjakan or Kingkong Hill, to catch the iconic sunrise. Cross the Sea of Sand to reach the foot of Mount Bromo and hike up the stairs to peer into the active volcanic crater.

Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Begin the scenic drive to the Ijen Crater area, stopping for lunch and local sightseeing along the way. Check into your homestay near Ijen so you can rest early.

Day 3: Ijen Blue Fire Hike and Transfer to Bali or Surabaya

Depart from the hotel and drive to the Paltuding post, the starting point for the Ijen hike. Start your trek to the rim and descend into the crater to witness the rare Blue Flame Phenomenon.

Hike back up to the crater rim to watch the sunrise and enjoy the panoramic views of the turquoise-colored acidic lake. Trek back down to Paltuding and return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.

Drive to the ferry port in Ketapang, Banyuwangi. Take the ferry across the Bali Strait to Gilimanuk port. From there, your driver will drop you off directly at your preferred location in Bali, Surabaya, or Malang.
