Guided tour into a local and typical farmto see all the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano: the first step is to see where the milk is cooked and how it becomes a wheel of cheese. During the first tour of the day at 09 am, you have the opportunity to see how the cheese workers create the wheels from the copper boilers. After the salinization room, step into the ageing storage with thousand of wheels. Vist at the stable with the cows included.
