Activity itinerary

Become a farmer and a distiller for the day! We kick off this unique on-farm experience by learning to make a traditional white rum cocktail overlooking the fields. Drink in hand, head into the paddock to learn how to harvest and crush sugarcane. Taste fresh cane juice - and add a shot of rum if you like! Then feed the cane tops to our 'sustainability team' - our friendly herd of cattle. Follow the farm to bottle journey from the fields to the still house, and learn how fresh sugarcane juice becomes Australia's best rum. Finish in the barrel house with a guided flight of our aged Husk Rum expressions.
