Prepare a refreshing seasonal salad (e.g. Cucumber and oregano salad, Lettuce, orange, and walnut salad, or Carrot and orange salad), and a comforting tagine (e.g. Beef or Chicken Kefta meatballs tagine with eggs in tomato sauce, or Vegetarian Berber tagine).
