What's included, what's not

    We will lend you the equipment needed for the puzzle tour for the duration of the event: an investigative puzzle backpack filled with helpful tools, the puzzle materials, information about the route and the locks that have to be cracked one by one in order to obtain the next piece of information each time.
  • Exclusions
    Please dress appropriately for the weather for 2.5 hours outdoors.

What you can expect

  • Immerse yourselves in the legend of Heidelberg Castle's ruins!
    Solve tricky puzzles and follow hidden clues through Heidelberg's Old Town and up to the castle. A backpack containing all kinds of useful equipment and several combination locks will accompany you on this interactive discovery tour past all of Heidelberg's major landmarks.

    Gradually, you will open locked compartments, combine clues and decipher codes. The puzzles are closely linked to the city, its history and the places you'll visit. Close observation, logical thinking and teamwork are required. Step by step, you will get closer to a question that still shapes Heidelberg today.
