Now, their passion and commitment to excellence are embodied in Mason Chocolates. Inspired by nature and crafted to perfection, our chocolates are made from bean to bar by skilled artisan chocolatiers in the heart of beautiful Bali. The unique, smooth flavour of our chocolates results from blending the best of East and West, combining advanced European chocolate-making techniques with the finest organic cacao beans, ethically sourced throughout Indonesia to create our exclusive 'tropical blend.'

The Mason Chocolate Factory is housed within the eco-friendly Koko Bambu Restaurant, offering scenic views of rice fields just 3 kilometres from the renowned Mason Elephant Park & Lodge. In our modern showroom, visitors can watch the chocolate-making process, taste samples, and purchase a wide variety of pralines, truffles, super thins, chocolate-coated nuts, and bars of dark, milk, or white chocolate.

Morning Programme

  • 09:30: Arrive at Koko Bambu Restaurant, registration, and welcome chocolate drink
  • 09:45: Introduction to chocolate-making process (Tree to Bar)
  • 10:00: Chocolate tasting
  • 10:25: Make your own chocolate bars (White, Milk, Dark)
  • 11:00: Lunch with chocolate desserts
  • 11:30: Unmould and wrap your chocolates
