From our shop located in Funchal, we drive in our van to Fonte do Bispo, at about 1241m altitude. In the first part, we have the option of riding on dirt and gravel roads or opting directly for the singletrails. In this area, you will always have fantastic views over the west side of the island and the North Atlantic Ocean. After about 30km we will be heading towards the lighthouse of Ponta do Pargo, which was inaugurated in 1922 and is situated on the westernmost tip of the island, standing on a cliff at an altitude of 290 metres.
