Discover the Domaine des Perchés through a visit dedicated to our vineyard, our biodynamic philosophy, and our way of making our wines.
The tour begins in the estate's park, facing the vineyard landscape. You will learn about the history of the vineyard, its terroir, its grape varieties, and our work in organic agriculture.
We will also introduce you to the biodynamic philosophy that guides our practices: dynamized preparations, attention to natural cycles, preservation of biodiversity, and development of agroforestry. A way to concretely address the choices that guide our daily work.
The tour continues in the barrel room, where you will learn about our approach to winemaking and ageing. Concrete, sandstone, amphorae, demi-muids, and other containers are chosen according to each cuvée in order to preserve its identity and expression.
The visit ends with a commented tasting of two wines from the Domaine des Perchés, so that you can find in the glass what has been presented to you throughout the tour.
