The tour starts with an aperitif on the waterfront in the centre of the town.
While on the island, eating fish is a must so the gastro journey takes you further to the starter of assorted fish (anchovies, sardines, etc). The tour continues in the local butcher shop with a tasting of wild boar and sheep sausage as well as lamb pate.
Cres lamb is one of the main delicacies on the island so you will also try a delicious local lamb goulash with home made gnocchi and local cheese.
You will meet a local olive oil producer for a presentation and tasting of Cres olive oil.
