Before returning to Albania a decade ago, Bledar Kola worked in some of the world's most famous restaurants, including Copenhagen's Noma and Sweden's Fäviken. Mullixhiu is renowned across Albania, and was featured in the "50 Best Discovery" list, compiled by the 50 Best Restaurants organisation to showcase up-and-coming chefs. In this exclusive cookery class you'll learn to cook two of Mullixhiu's signature dishes (season dependant) under Bledar's watchful eye. This will be a fun and informal experience! At 19.00 you'll sit down to enjoy Mullixiu's tasting menu (thankfully prepared by Bledar and his team).
