Through a comparative tasting of three Blanc de Blancs champagnes, you will discover how a single grape variety can reveal very different expressions depending on the winemaking choices, the time and the vintage.
This workshop has been designed as a true journey of discovery, where each cuvée will reveal a unique facet of Chardonnay. Far from stereotypes, this experience will highlight the aromatic richness, diversity of textures, and ability to evolve of this chameleon grape variety.
