I have been a passionate stand UP paddle specialist guide for many years.

Lovers of the Calanques park, I offer you a discovery walk of the Cassis Calanques in a unique and original way.

You will be given an introduction and training before setting off on your trip.

The equipment you will have at your disposal is the best on the market.

On the programme:

We will leave from the magnificent cove of Port Miou where you will have time to familiarise yourself with the paddle and then we will set off sailing in the Parc des Calanques to the cove of En Vau.

During the walk, we will take the time to swim and take photos.
