Begin your experience with a visit to the Ecomuseum of the Aso Valley, where you can immerse yourself in the rural history of the Marche region and learn about traditional farming tools.

Continue with a walk among 8,500 olive trees, both centuries-old and young, admiring ten different varieties of olives and learning about the life cycle of these precious trees. Enjoy the unique panorama that combines sea and hills, in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

The guided tasting will lead you to sample three organic extra virgin olive oils, both single-varietal and blended, while learning to recognise their aromas, colours and flavours. The oils will be paired with local bread, for a sensory journey that nourishes body and soul.

At the end of the experience, you will have the opportunity to purchase oils and typical products from the farm to take home the flavours of the Marche region.
