Enjoy a moment of spiritual regeneration with a sound healing experience, in a quiet environment away from the chaos of the city, in southern Sardinia.
Let yourself be enveloped by the harmonic vibrations of gongs, crystal bells and therapeutic drums, ancient instruments that act on the body and mind, dissolving tensions and promoting a deep sense of well-being. The experience takes place in a quiet environment, close to greenery, archaeological sites and the hills of the Sette Fratelli Forest, where silence and clean air enhance the therapeutic effect.
The session begins with conscious breathing exercises and moments of centring, to prepare the body to receive regenerating frequencies. Lie down or sit comfortably and let yourself be carried away by the sounds that rebalance your inner energy, promoting calm, lightness and mental clarity.
You will bring home a renewed sense of harmony and positive energy, the perfect activity for those who want to combine their stay in Sardinia with a meditative experience or a rejuvenating break from the daily routine.
