This adventure begins at a professional diving centre, where you’ll meet your dedicated instructor, receive personalised guidance, and gear up with top-quality equipment. Once ready, a short trip aboard a comfortable rubber dinghy will take you to the dive site at Calamosca, a stunning cove renowned for its crystal-clear waters and fascinating underwater landscapes.
Here, you’ll dive to a maximum depth of 5 metres (16 feet) under the watchful eye of your instructor, feeling the extraordinary sensation of breathing underwater for the first time. Discover vibrant marine life, colourful fish, and the rocky seabeds, as well as small, safe-to-explore caves. Facilities are available for changing afterwards, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.

Activity itinerary

Led by an experienced and dedicated instructor exclusively for you, you’ll descend to a maximum depth of 16 feet (5 metres) for 30 minutes, discovering the incredible sensation of breathing underwater. Marvel at the stunning rocky seabeds and be mesmerised by the vibrant marine life as you swim alongside colourful fish. On arrival at the Diving Centre you will meet with the guide and you will get ready with the equipment. Afterwards, we move to board the rubber dinghy to reach the dive site, which lasts about 30 minutes at a depth of 5 metres. The navigation will take about 30 minutes return. The dive point in the Gulf of Cagliari is in the Calamosca Cove, where there are also small caves that can be visited in complete safety.
