Immerse yourself in a 2 hours 45 minutes gastronomic experience in San Sebastian where you go from diner to cook: a practical cooking master class in one of our secret kitchens in the Old Town, led by an expert chef with translation provided if needed.
You will learn key techniques of Basque cuisine by preparing iconic dishes such as creamy Spanish omelette, perfectly emulsified cod al pil pil, txuleta with its charred seal, and the celebrated Basque cheesecake, finishing with a tasting of what you cooked paired with red wine, txakoli or cider.
