What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Make sure you select your exact number of luggage items when booking. For this activity, a traveller refers to a piece of luggage.
- Airport to Hotel: Drop off the luggage at the airport before 6:00 pm and receive the luggage by 9:00 pm at the appointed hotel in city centre Bangkok. Selecting at least 2 hours after the flight arrival as collection time is suggested.
- Hotel to Airport: Drop off the luggage to the hotel counter before 11:00 am and receive the luggage between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the airport at designated time (with a 30 minute time window). Selecting at least 2 hours before the flight departure as delivery time is suggested.
- Hotel to Hotel: Drop off the luggage to the hotel counter before 11:00 am and receive the luggage by 9:00 pm at the appointed hotel in city centre Bangkok.
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation email from LuggAgent which includes instructions of the airport meeting point for in-person handover.
- For luggage delivery from a hotel, you may leave the hotel after dropping off the luggage and taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge.
- For luggage delivery to the hotel, your luggage will be delivered to the concierge under your booking name, so please provide a copy of the hotel confirmation document.
