Unfortunately, local tour companies like Bacalar Experiences cannot offer pickup services or have representatives within the port. To join our excursions, you’ll need to exit the complex and meet us just outside the port area. Starting from our designated meeting point outside the port complex, Bacalar Experiences tours offer a fantastic experience. After your excursion, we’ll ensure you’re safely returned to the main gate of the port complex. Please be aware that you won’t find our representatives inside the complex, as they aren’t allowed. To locate us, refer to the detailed instructions, provided in your excursion’s email confirmation. 1. Disembark and walk to the terminal building, heading to the entrance arch. 2. Walk past the shops toward the street exit, passing under the tower for the quickest way out. 3. After crossing port security, you’ll find our company representative.
