After welcoming you to the courtyard of our 17th-century farmhouse, we will set off to discover the vineyards, where we will explain our philosophy in the field and the various cultivation techniques. We will walk to the centuries-old mulberry tree, the symbol of our farm. You will be immersed in the world of winemaking to understand what lies behind a bunch of grapes. This will be followed by an explanation of the winemaking process, with a tasting of 3 wines paired with outstanding local products. (Bread, cheeses, cured meats, Garda oil). If you let us know in advance, we can change the pairings if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements.
