Our Mayan roots are alive in every aspect of our gastronomy, and there is no better way to immerse yourself into it than through our local families. We work with more than 10 families, and your host will take you through this amazing experience using traditional ingredients.
You will prepare and enjoy Guatemalan dishes such as Pepián, Jocón or a Vegetarian option. Traditional dishes may vary depending on the country's region, but all are prepared with love and deep understanding about feeding the body to strengthen health and delight your palate, creations with our communities that will replicate you will be able to recreate these dishes from your own kitchen at home, surrounded by an atmosphere rich in flavour and culture.
