• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, there will be no refund of the amount paid. In case of weather conditions, it is not possible to take the tour, the tour will be rescheduled.

• Cancellations, after confirmation, may result in a partial or full fine for the reservation.

Meteorological:
Mountain tours require certain weather conditions to be carried out. Therefore, the tour may be cancelled/rescheduled when bad weather is confirmed.
If it is not possible to reschedule or change the tour, request it on the website where you purchased it, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
