Learn to make four kinds of sushi – Inari, Gunkan (battleship), Maki-sushi, and traditional Nigiri sushi – in a friendly, at-home environment.
Akemi Castellano, a trained sushi chef, will show you how to make
several popular types of sushi, leading you through the process
starting from the preparation of the vinegar rice.
We'll make “Nigiri-zushi” (hand-pressed sushi), “Maki-zushi” (rolled sushi),
“Gun-kan” (battleship sushi) and “Inari” (fried tofu pockets).
At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy a delicious sushi lunch or dinner that you have prepared yourself, along with Japanese sake and dessert.
