Then you will appreciate the terroir cooking in a beautiful restaurant near Giverny. Your excursion continues on to Versailles Palace, the Sun King’s emblem and one of the most important French artistic achievements of the 17th Century.Inside, transport yourself back in time to the days of his 72-year reign. Wander through the many grand bourgeois-style apartments and ballrooms, including the majestic King and Queen's apartments and the breathtaking Hall of Mirrors, the ceiling of which is covered with glittering chandeliers.

Don't miss the immaculately manicured gardens surrounding the palace, considered a work of art in their own respect.
