We will leave the Hotel towards the beach of Mundaú, 154 kilometres from Fortaleza in approximately two hours. During this route, the enchantment begins with the surrounding nature. That's because it is mostly made at the coastal road. On one side you can see the sea and the huge beach area, where you can see the traditional fish corrals, which rescue the culture of the old fishing way. On the other, coconut trees and dunes complete the scenery of the trip.

The natural beauty of the beach is striking because it has been little explored by man. A highlight of the region is the semi-crystallized dunes, which are darker in colour and give the impression of being superimposed by rocks. The exuberant nature is undoubtedly the main attraction of this beach.

Mundaú also has a fishing village and the mouth of the Mundaú River, which generates a mangrove area with a rich variety of animals. The few changes made by humans at the beach include the construction of suitable infrastructure to receive tourists, with bathrooms and showers, as well as ecological catamaran river tours. We will stay at Mundaú for approximately five hours before we return to the hotel.
