What you can expect

  • Please note that this experience is in French! For the one in English, book for 1:00 PM. In the kitchen of our shop, Le Domaine des 15 lots, you will be welcomed with a hot drink for this experience, which will last 1 hour. You will do a food tasting of maple syrups and various maple products (butter, sugar loaf, jam, and pastries) from our maple grove and from our friends. You will learn about the origin of maple syrup, all the stages of harvesting, its market, and its various uses in cooking. You will participate in the making process and taste the taffy on snow.

    Warning! It will be a sweet experience!
