Overview

  • If the Tokyo Drift films made you want to see Japan's car scene for real, this is the night. Daikoku PA is the legendary meet where Tokyo's tuners gather after dark.
    Cross Rainbow Bridge, cruise the Wangan motorway, then spend around 60 minutes at Daikoku PA seeing GT-Rs, Supras and tuned JDM cars up close with your English-speaking guide.
    You travel together in a comfortable van (usually a Toyota Alphard; may vary by group size). This is a sightseeing and photo tour - no drifting, and not a ride in the sports cars.
    Meet at Kabukiza Theatre in Ginza, or choose hotel pickup (Tokyo's 23 wards, +JPY 5,000 pp). Want the car just for your group? Choose the private option (JPY 48,000 per vehicle, up to 6 guests, hotel pickup included).
    On the way back: Tokyo Tower night photos or a Minato Mirai drive. Free optional stop at A-PIT Autobacs Shinonome.
    Departures: 19:30/20:00 Sun-Thu, 17:00/18:00 Fri, 16:00/17:00 Sat. If Daikoku PA is closed we take you elsewhere or refund you in full.

Rainbow Bridge (Pass by)

Continue the journey by private car and enjoy Tokyo’s illuminated streets from the window. Cross Rainbow Bridge towards Odaiba, where you can view the city skyline from the opposite side of Tokyo Bay.

Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route (Pass by)

Cruise the Bayshore Route of the Metropolitan Motorway after dark, the stretch of road at the heart of Tokyo's night driving culture. Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba and the Tokyo Bay waterfront pass by the window as you head south towards Yokohama.

Daikoku Parking Area

The highlight of the tour. Arrive at Daikoku PA, a world-famous car meet where tuned JDM cars like the GT-R, RX-7 and Supra gather. Enjoy free time to see the cars up close and take photos while your guide shares Japan's car culture and JDM history.

Tokyo Tower

Finish the night at the foot of Tokyo Tower. We park and you step out to photograph the illuminated tower up close, with your guide taking group shots for you. If you would rather drive through Yokohama's Minato Mirai waterfront instead, just tell your guide on the night.
