In this immersive experience, you’ll simply lie back and relax as the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs wash over you. This is an event, mix with people ( small group up to 15 peoples ) No experience is necessary—just bring an open mind. These harmonic frequencies help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and promote deep cellular healing. It’s like a "massage for your mind," leaving you feeling grounded . You just lay down during the practice, and the healer will come close to you to apply the sound and vibrations ( not touching the body ) . If you tired , you can even sleep or micro sleep, the benefits for the body and brain are the same You just have to relax and surrender and let everything go .
