    7:30 AM – Historic Cusco & Panoramic Views
    Perfect for early risers and altitude acclimatisation. Visit Plaza de Armas, Intikijllu (Sun Street), the exterior of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), Inca Roca Palace, the Twelve-Angled Stone, San Blas, and finish at a panoramic viewpoint. No food or drink tastings included.

    9:45 AM – Market, Fruit Tastings & Ceviche
    Discover Cusco's history before visiting San Blas Market. Taste seasonal Andean fruits, learn about native ingredients, enjoy a live Peruvian ceviche demonstration with tasting, and end at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the city.

    12:30 PM – Historic Centre & Local Flavours
