Using authentic Vietnamese materials—freshly roasted Robusta beans, the country’s main export variety that has helped Vietnam become the world’s second-largest coffee exporter, along with the iconic phin filter, egg yolk, condensed milk, and natural local ingredients—you’ll learn to craft six unique coffee styles that represent the essence of Vietnam’s coffee heritage. You’ll brew and taste each cup yourself, spending around 60 - 120 minutes in the workshop area learning, experimenting, and exchanging stories with other coffee lovers.
