Nara Park

Nara Park is the symbol of Nara tourism and one of the city’s most famous attractions. Wide open lawns, seasonal cherry blossoms, and freely roaming deer create a unique spring landscape found only in Nara. The park also serves as the setting for nearby historic sites such as Kasuga Taisha and Todai-ji Temple.

Kasuga Shrine

Kasuga Taisha is one of Nara’s most important Shinto shrines, known for its peaceful forest setting and lantern-lined paths. During spring, cherry blossoms add soft colour to the sacred atmosphere.

Todai-ji Temple
