Walk through the coffee shop: On a walk of approximately 900 metres altitude, visitors explore the more than 20,000 feet of coffee. Depending on the time of year, it is possible to observe different stages of production, such as flowering, manual harvesting and grain drying. 3. Live Coffee Torra: Participants have the opportunity to watch a live coffee toast using the world’s first Probatone 5 Black, state-of-the-art equipment. The house's toast master guides visitors through the process, explaining how the technology aligns with tradition to enhance the flavours of grains. 4. Guided Tasting: At Café Boutique, the barista conducts a sensory tasting, preparing the coffee in various methods. Visitors can compare the flavours and aromas of the same grain prepared in different ways, deepening their understanding of the nuances of the special coffee.
