With a welcome glass of sparkling wine, we will set off for the vineyard adjacent to our winery. There, you will see the winemaker's painstaking work. Narrow-track tractors and modern vineyard technology can be examined in detail. After the tour of the wine-pressing hall and the grape press, we will descend into the winemaker's hallowed halls. In the wine cellar, you will learn the secrets of winemaking among traditional wooden barrels and gleaming stainless steel tanks. In our sparkling wine manufactory, you will receive detailed information about sparkling wine production using the traditional method. Here you can marvel at our bottling plant, the disgorging line, and much, much more.
During the second sparkling wine tasting, you will disgorge your own sparkling wine. You determine the flavour profile with your preferred dosage. You will also be responsible for corking and applying the wirehood yourself. You can show off your creative skills when designing the label.
